Bottled July 2016 after 21+ months of aging in French oak barrels this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from two hillside vineyards 1700’ up Atlas Peak is bound for a long evolution in bottle and will certainly reward those with both patience and cold cellars. For those with less forbearance decanting for 12+ hours is recommended.

The addition of the new vineyard source allowed us to increase quantities slightly and for the first time ever produce 100+ cases. With its aging potential in mind we politely suggest to stock up as only miniscule amounts of 2015/16 will be available and 2014 therefore most likely also will be the last vintage of which we can honor allocations of more than 6 bottles per customer.
